Vendors / Arts / Crafts – Rules & Policies

• A single booth space is 12’ x 15’.
• Must be set up and vehicles out of the vendor area by 9:00 am on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
• All vendors must occupy their assigned space(s) and displays must remain up until the end of the event.
• Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, table covers, etc.
• All Tents must be secured. Vendors may bring their own generators if needed and these must be approved prior to event.
• Rain or shine event.
• Booth rental fees are due upon receipt of invoice. ½ refund given if vendor cancels more than 2 weeks from event. No refund given if vendor cancels less than 2 weeks from event.

For and in consideration of my being allowed to participate in this event, I, the undersigned applicant do hereby agree to release, acquit, and forever discharge the West Blount Axe Throwing Company dba the West Blount Corn Maze, its members, officers, agents, and all other person or corporations sponsoring or otherwise associated with this event, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, related in any way whatsoever to my participation in this event.  Furthermore, I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers for the payment of any claim, demand of judgement arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including payment of the costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by event organizers.  I further understand it is my responsibility to collect and forward to the appropriate entities any sales tax collected.
